Since China's reform and opening up,the economy has developed rapidly.With the continuous progress of national urbanization,industrialization and modernization,more and more rural labor force flows into the city,and large-scale social mobility occurs,which also leads to the emergence of "derivatives" of the social mobility of rural left-behind teenagers.These rural left-behind teenagers face challenges after their parents go out to work.The investigation shows that the rural left-behind teenagers have the characteristics of weak ability to resist pressure,prone to deviant behavior and many emotional problems.This research uses qualitative research as the main research method and quantitative research as the auxiliary research method,through the development of semi-structured in the research ground Based on the six dimensions of the model,this paper analyzes the present situation and needs of rural left-behind adolescents and the improvement of their resilience to social work.It mainly uses group work methods to improve the resilience of rural left-behind adolescents,teaching the relevant life skills of rural left-behind adolescents,increasing the prosocial connection,providing care and support,establishing clear and stable boundaries,establishing and communicating high expectations and providing opportunities to promote their participation,and finally achieving the goal of improving the resilience of rural left-behind adolescents,And it's true Work experience summary and reflection.In this study,we believe that the improvement of resilience of rural left-behind adolescents needs adequate and systematic pre-evaluation and preparation,organized professional team,high-quality and suitable program design and cooperation support of project stakeholders,and put forward their own suggestions on the improvement of resilience of rural left-behind adolescents in combination with ecosystem theory.
