Development Dilemma And Countermeasure Suggestions Of Social Work Service Institutions In Altay Area Of Xinjiang

In our country,social work started late and is still in the early stage of development.With the strong support of the state,social work has developed rapidly.With the rapid development of society,the number of social work service institutions began to increase slowly.Until 2003,China began to set up the first social work service institutions.Only in 2009 did a small amount of research on social work service institutions begin to appear on China KnowledgeNet.With more social work service institutions entering the public's vision,more scholars began to pay attention to social work service machines.There are more and more studies on social work service institutions in terms of structure and their predicament in development and future development direction.On the macro-environment,the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China issued the Opinions of the Ministry of Civil Affairs on Further Accelerating the Development of Private Social Work Service Institutions in 2014,which to a certain extent promoted the development of social work service institutions and accelerated the construction of social work professionals.At the same time,the 13 th meeting of the Leading Group of Talents Work of the Party Committee of Xinjiang Uygur Autono After deliberation and adoption of the "Xinjiang Social Work Talents Team Building Medium and Long-term Development Plan(2011-2020)",policy support provides a good opportunity for the development of social work service institutions in Xinjiang.As an emerging industry,the development of social work service institutions is obviously not perfect and immature.In this paper,Altay region as the research area,through the overall study and analysis of case institutions,combined with the actual situation of the region,summed up its main difficulties.Through literature analysis,structural interviews and participatory observation,the relevant data were collected,and the ecosystem theory was taken as the theoretical basis of this paper.This paper analyses the general situation of the whole social work service institutions in Altay area,and at the same time,it will select three case institutions to obtain detailed information about the institutions through researchmethods and combining the advantages of their own practice,and summarize the development characteristics of the social work service institutions in Altay area.At the same time,it will summarize the main development of the institutions from macro,meso and micro aspects.The dilemma,from the government level and institutional level,describes the causes of the current dilemma.In view of the predicament of the current development of institutions,this paper tries to take government support,institutions themselves and personnel training as the starting point,and puts forward some ways to improve salary and welfare benefits,enhance financing ability,diversify attempts,strengthen interaction and exchange,share resources,strengthen internal construction,and form norms.The tentative proposals will contribute to the better development of social work service institutions in Altay region.Suggested countermeasures.
