Study On Fund-raising Strategies Of Social Work Service Organizations ——A Case Of Y Institution

In recent years,with the strong support of the government,the number of social work service institutions in China has been growing and the service content has become more and more professional.At the same time,social work service agencies are increasingly in need of funds.Only rely on the government to buy the service as a source of funding,social work services have been difficult to meet the demand of the survival and development of social work service agencies,an urgent need to expand the channels of funding sources,collection as one of the important channels of funding sources,has become the current social work service agencies to raise money,so need to further improve the fundraising strategy.The social work service organizations in guangzhou are in the forefront in the aspects of government purchase,social collection and service income,etc.,but they are also facing the fund dilemma in the development,which is manifested in the aspects of single fund source structure,incomplete collection conditions,and waiting for optimization of collection strategies.The reasons are related to the lack of social donation culture,the lack of effective incentive system for social donation,the public trust of institutions and the lack of talent solicitationIn order to cope with the financial difficulties,Y institution in guangzhou has,after years of exploration and efforts,worked out a set of fundraising strategies and gradually walked out of the financial difficulties.In this study,the social exchange theory is applied to study the case of institution Y,and the fundraising strategy and experience of the institution are systematically discussed.Study found that Y agencies to organizations or organize special fundraising activities,sending letters or email,to apply for foundation grants,cooperate with enterprises and individuals to the society,the use of network single-category platform and combined with special events such as fundraising strategy,in the condition,to create a proper single-category values,maintain good relations with the outside world,planning and attractive fundraising activities and play the social influence and other aspects,actively expand fundraising object,and for different object design targeted single-category strategy,successfully carried out different fund-raising activities,the successful fund-raising experience is worth learning and using for referenceAccording to the research on the fundraising strategy of institution Y,it can be found that social work service institutions need to optimize the fundraising strategy of social work service institutions from the following aspects:strengthening the establishment of fundraising conditions,training specialized fundraising talents,expanding the fundraising targets,enriching the fundraising forms and maintaining the relationship with the fundraising targets.
