Junior high school moral and rule of law class is a kind of subject with much more specialized knowledge compared with other objects,which aims at helping students set up a correct outlook,philosophy and values on the world by the explanation of the knowledge point from the subject.It is well known that morality and law course is a relatively boring subject.In order to improve the students' learning enthusiasm,teachers must adopt more active learning methods to improve students' learning enthusiasm.The use of case teaching method in junior middle school moral and law classes can make some specific cases in our daily lives skillfully and appropriately inserted to the study of morality and law courses.Students are exposed to a,common case in daily life in the classroom,which can attract students' interest in learning and make them think about,discuss,analyze problems based on real situations.Trying to analyze and solve problems in real situations could make the acquisition of knowledge more effective and make it easier to achieve teaching goals.Therefore,the application of case teaching method in morality and the rule of raw in junior high school will contribute to the enrichment of the theories on case teaching method as well as the development of morality and the rule of law curriculum reform in junior school.In order to response to the call of quality education,we need to cultivate students' autonomy fully in the process of teaching to make them be the real masters of the classroom.On the other hand,we are asked to pay more attention to arouse students' interest and develop student's abilities of communication and study in groups,which will make our classes more effective.This paper mainly uses the literature research method,research method,research method and action research method to clarify the necessity of applying case teaching method in junior middle school moral and the rule of law.It analyzes the current situation,the use of case teaching method in junior middle school moral and the rule of law.The teaching materials of grade seven were classified according to the classification of design knowledge module.It also further explored the application and effect of the case in morality and law courses.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:In the first chapter is introduction,mainly the significance of the topic,the research status,research ideas and innovation points.The second chapter,define the concept of case and case method,analyzed the feasibility of case method in junior middle school morality and rule of law.The third chapter,analyse junior high school moral and rule of law in the use from the actual,from teaching materials and practical teaching,analyse junior high school moral and rule of law case in teaching case.The fourth chapter,the current situation of the use of case teaching based on the principle of a certain impact,discuss the use of case teaching method in the seven grade class in the course of morality and law,through the actual teaching scene described in detail,discuss how to design a good case in the specific education and teaching.The fifth chapter,analyzes the teaching effect in the teaching process of the actual,put forward thinking and suggestions,bring opportunities to teachers and students,but it also brings a series of challenges.from which we can draw some thoughts and suggestions,continuous learning,in order to better use the case to provide intellectual support for teaching.
