The successful application of case teaching method in management,medicine,law and other disciplines shows that case teaching method is practical.The course "Morality and The Rule of Law"in junior high school is an important subject to help students establish correct three views.The use of case teaching method in the teaching process can not only maximize the educational role of the course"Morality and the Rule of law" in junior high school,but also enrich the connotation of the case teaching method itself and expand its extension.The application of case teaching method in morality and Rule of Law in junior high school can not only realize the equal interaction between teachers and students with cases as carriers,but also provide effective teaching methods for the new curriculum reform.With the implementation of the new curriculum reform in Xinjiang,the application of case teaching method in junior high school "Morality and the Rule of Law" course can enhance the effectiveness of junior high school "Morality and the rule of law" course from the practical teaching.Since the case teaching method and the combination of ideological and political education,scholars and teachers actively learn from the successful experience of case teaching in various subjects,and apply theory in class,through constant exploration and breakthrough in practice,the method of use,cognitive theories and implementation effect made unprecedented breakthrough,but still some deficiencies,needs to constantly explore and improve.The article mainly includes three parts,the first part introduces the basic content of case teaching method.Firstly,on the basis of literature review,it explains the relevant concepts of case teaching method of morality and Rule of Law in junior high school.Secondly,combining with the subject characteristics of moral and Rule of law in junior high school,the characteristics of case teaching method are elaborated.Finally,the significance of case teaching method in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school is explained.The second part studies the current situation of the application of case teaching method in the teaching of "Morality and rule of Law" in junior high school.Based on the on-site interview and questionnaire survey of junior high school grades of THE Affiliated High School of NEW University,it explains the remarkable achievements of case teaching method in the application of "Morality and rule of law" in junior high school,as well as some main problems in the application.And from the junior middle school ideological and political teachers,students,the teaching method itself three aspects to analyze the specific reasons for the third part of the countermeasures laid a foundation.The third part of "morality and the rule of law" for junior high school class activities in the teaching method using the existing problems and reasons,from junior high school,junior high school students,junior high school ideological and political teachers "morality and the rule of law" course teaching evaluation and external guarantee the four Angle,proposed to improve the junior middle school "morality and the rule of law" activities in class teaching method using the specific countermeasures,which is the focus of this article..
