On March 11,2018,a meeting of the 13 th National People's Congress voted to pass the "Amendment to the Constitution of the People's Republic of China".In the amendment,"legal education" was changed to "rule of law education",which broadened the connotation of school-related law education and extension,which embodies the great concern of the country on the education of rule of law.On October 21,2019,the Office of the State Council 's Education Steering Committee issued the “Notice on the Implementation of Special Remediation Work for the Prevention and Control of Bullying and Violence in Primary and Secondary School Students” to push the rule of law education to an important commanding height.To this end,the Ministry of Education has continued to respond positively and announced at the Golden Autumn series of press conferences on August 28,2019 that it will achieve full coverage of all grades of the compulsory education "Ethics and Rule of Law" compilation textbooks starting in the fall semester of 2019.The revised junior high school "Ethics and Rule of Law" textbook has increased the proportion of rule of law education,while the content is more rich and profound,and its theoretical and abstraction has also further increased.The professional legal opinions and legal concepts involved in the textbooks are obscure and difficult to understand,which can easily cause students to be afraid.The use of specific cases of the rule of law combined with case teaching methods for targeted teaching of the rule of law knowledge in the textbook is conducive to students' understanding and acceptance.So as to achieve the goal of teaching,improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching,and cultivate students' awareness of the rule of law.This article attempts to focus on studying the application value and current status of the rule of law case in the teaching of "Moral and Rule of Law" in junior high school.It uses questionnaire survey and practical case analysis to analyze the rule of law in the case of "Moral and Rule of Law" in junior middle school.Case selection is messy,there is a single interpretation of the content when using it,and the case discussion is not time-sensitive.The problems are analyzed one by one,and the problems are analyzed to propose feasible strategies,including mastering the principles of case selection and innovating case presentation methods.3.Build a high-quality case resource database,enhance teachers 'knowledge of the rule of law,and organize training,etc.The aim is to provide a better teaching method for junior high school students in the jointing booting stage to learn legal knowledge systematically,establish beliefs in the rule of law,and improve the quality of the rule of law.This article is mainly divided into four parts,and the contents of each part are summarized as follows:The first part: Definition of relevant concepts of the rule of law case.Firstly,the three concepts of "case","rule of law" and "case teaching method" are explained,and then the concepts in this article are defined in detail.The second part: the application value of the case of rule of law in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in junior middle school.This part discusses the application value of the case of rule of law in the teaching of "Moral and Rule of Law" in junior high school,such as: matching with the characteristics of the rule of law knowledge of new textbooks,matching with the teaching law of the new curriculum reform rule of law education,etc.The necessity and importance of the application in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in junior middle school.The third part: Analysis of the status quo of the application of law cases in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in junior middle school.First,the data results of the questionnaire on current situation are displayed,and then the advantages and problems and causes of the rule of law case in the daily practice teaching application of "Moral and Rule of Law" in junior high school are analyzed in combination with the case record of the lecture.The fourth part: The application strategy of the rule of law case in the teaching of ethics and rule of law in junior high school.This part addresses the problems in the application of the rule of law case analyzed in the third part in the teaching practice of ethics and rule of law in junior high school,and combines relevant references,actual teaching situations,etc.,and proposes relevant feasibility strategies.
