In order to implement the requirements of the fourth plenary session of the eighteenth central Committee of the communist party of China on the establishment of the rule of law knowledge curriculum in primary and secondary schools,from the autumn of 2016 onwards all in the compulsory education stage of junior high school starting grade " moral character" teaching material name,will be changed to " moral and legal governance".Throughout modern times,since the founding of new China,the change of the name of the teaching material is the first time to include the word " rule of law" in the curriculum name of compulsory education stage.According to the notice issued by the Ministry of education,in the autumn of 2017,Chinese,history,morality and law of primary and middle school students studying in the initial grade will begin to use the compulsory education textbooks compiled by the Ministry of education.Changed its name to " moral and rule of law" teaching material,its legal education in the content and content presentation way will certainly change,therefore,the comparison of people’s education press and education science press published in the " moral and rule of law" teaching material content is of great significance,not only can improve and build the junior high school legal education system,and through the comparison can find the advantages and disadvantages of the two,so as to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,promote the improvement of the quality of teaching materials,for the future junior high school " moral and rule of law" teaching material to provide some reference.After reading a large number of documents and materials,the author uses the methods of comparison and induction to study the teaching materials of morality and rule of law published by people’s education publishing house and education science publishing house.This paper mainly studies from the following aspects: firstly,it compares the general layout of legal education in the textbooks of morality and rule of law published by people’s education publishing house and education science publishing house;Secondly,it mainly introduces the differences between the people’s education publishing house and the education science publishing house in the presentation and expression of the content of legal education,and analyzes and compares the layout design,column setting,language expression and material selection.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the content and implement the content effectively.It is hoped that this study will be helpful for junior high school teachers to have a better understanding of the textbooks published by people’s education publishing house and education science publishing house,so as to make better use of the textbooks compiled by the Ministry of education for teaching,and provide some reference for the compilation of the textbooks of " morality and law governance" in junior high school.
