Educational reform is imperative.To change the phenomenon of inefficient education in our country,it is urgent to establish a lifeline in line with our own ways of teaching and a new teaching model,which is oriented to stimulate students' interest in learning and cultivate students' autonomous learning and cooperative ability.Therefore,we have carried out the effective teaching strategy and practice research to find a better teaching model in the classroom teaching reform.Firstly,through reading literature,this study defines the concept of effective teaching,puts forward to basic ideas of effective teaching and summarizes the key elements of the implementation of effective teaching.In addition,through in-depth study of the classroom teaching,it analyzes all kinds of inefficient phenomenon in domestic class.According to these inefficient phenomenon,it put forward to the necessity of the implementation of effective teaching.Secondly,the theoretical basis of effective teaching research is put forward from the theory of constructivism,multiple intelligences,education and psychology.Then,based on a questionnaire survey of 60 teachers and the analysis of the results of the questionnaire,it summarizes the current basic factors of effective teaching from two aspects of teachers and students,and discusses the basic strategy of effective teaching in physics mechanic teaching in senior high school.Then,according to the strategy,it develop the effective teaching practice program in line with the effective classroom teaching evaluation,and formulate the corresponding strategy for the practice of the scheme.Finally,according to the implementation of effective teaching strategies and a semester of practice,it analyze the effectiveness of effective teaching strategies from the result of the final examination and the questionnaire of 497 students.The practice shows that this research is helpful to improve the efficiency of physics teaching in senior High school.The students not only improve their achievements,but also develop their core quality.Besides,this study provides help and reference for the practical research on the effective teaching reform in the future.
