The core idea of the china nearest curriculum reform is saving the rejuvenating of the Chinese nation and the development of each student which fully reflected by the teaching classroom, that is to concern the overall development of students. Now, with the curriculum reforms continuing and be promoted. The discipline teaching about students’ active learning, the research study and development of student’s awareness of innovation in practice make initial progress. In contrast, on the education of fine arts in elementary school, there are still some problems, such as:students’ learning behavior is lack of interesting to low efficient classroom teaching, the training of learning is not conducive to the humanities and can’t be formatted in lifelong artistic ability.As concerning about the development and reform of basic education in the new era of art education, the fine art teaching in the new curriculum reform in junior high school art classroom pay attention on the overall development of students, and focus on the teaching efficiency and student learning efficiency in the classroom, on the idea of creating efficient junior high school art classroom. the junior high school art education aimed at improving the quality of teaching, to achieve the purpose of educating people of the art disciplines.This article focuses on theory basis to create a junior high school art classroom teaching and practice of behavior about the main problem in junior high school art classroom teaching, the basic measures and the analysis of the strategy to create efficient classroom. There are four aspects in this thesis:the first chapter introduce the background and significance of both the domestic and international, the research methods and the definition of the concept:the second chapter focuses on the theoretical basis to create efficient and junior high school art classroom; the third chapter is on the status of the junior high school art classroom; the fourth chapter sets out the strategies to create efficiency of junior high school art classroom.
