Social Work Involved In Community Affairs Of Young Migrant Workers Practical Researchresearch

From the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the key to innovating the social governance model was to break the unitary governance pattern.Through the participation of multiple subjects,the multiple subjects emphasized the participation of residents,and the young migrant workers in the participation of residents were a group that could not be ignored.They played an important role in promoting China’s economic development and the development of the socialist cause.At the same time,the traditional service concepts and measures of the Communist Youth League in China have been difficult to meet the needs of young people in the new era under the new situation.Therefore,in the new situation,what role do social workers play in the innovation of grass-roots Communist Youth League organizations and social governance? How can they better serve the youth of the new era? How to mobilize young people to participate in community affairs,so as to promote the overall development of the community? These are all problems that we must pay attention to and solve at the moment.Based on this background,the author takes "S community" as the main scope of this study,takes young migrant workers as the research object,adopts the field research method and literature research method,takes the social capital theory and participatory governance theory as the theoretical basis and logical starting point to design the youth public welfare experience program,and carries out implementation and evaluation according to the four aspects of "rebuilding trust,establishing norms,building networks and establishing mechanisms",The following three achievements were found: first,the ability and level of young migrant workers to participate in community affairs were improved in the process of stimulating their awareness of subject participation;second,young volunteer leaders were cultivated and incubated to better serve the community and promote the development of the community;third,the working mode of "social workers+league cadres+volunteer leaders" with social work characteristics was deepened,To a certain extent,we should better promote the exploration of the practical model of social workers serving youth in the grass-roots Communist Youth League.Therefore,through practical research,it is preliminarily concluded that the practical strategy of social work involving the participation of youth migrant workers in community affairs can be improved and enhanced from four aspects: first,awaken the internal motivation for participation and cultivate volunteer leaders;Second,strengthen the connection between youth and community,and improve the participation mechanism;Third,improve the practical level of social workers and give play to the professional role of social work;The fourth is to strengthen the guarantee of service funds and promote the refined operation of services.
