Embedded Development Of Social Work Institutions In Underdeveloped Areas

Since the reform and opening up,China's economic development has undergone tremendous changes,and it has come with an endless stream of social problems.At the same time of economic development,social construction has become more and more concerned by the public.New solutions and new bridges are needed between the government and the society.Professional social work has begun to receive attention.Under the support of favorable development environment and policies,social work institutions,as an important carrier of professional social work,have sprung up in China.Compared with the development of foreign social work institutions,China's social work institutions have their own unique survival and development models in the existing social system environment.The degree of development directly affects the degree of social work development in China,so social work is studied.The development process of the organization is important.In order to describe and analyze the phenomenon that social work institutions enter the community to seek survival and development,this paper will use embedded theory as an analytical perspective to study the relationship embedding of case Y social work institutions in the community,and analyze the embedded process and effects.On this basis,this paper further analyzes the problems faced by Y social work institutions in the development of embedded development,and explores how social work institutions can better develop in the process of embedding communities,thus promoting the development of local social work.The study found that Y social work institutions interact with the main body of the street office,residents and other activities in the community,and embedded in the community in a unique way.Through the description of the initial,middle and post-emergence of Y social work institutions embedded in the community,the effects of Y social work institutions in the community are analyzed from the four aspects of interaction frequency,intimacy,relationship duration and mutual service content.It is found that the social work institutions embedded in the community have the characteristics of full play of autonomy,interaction and friction coexist and shallow embedding.On this basis,the lack of social support,the “feeling in the ground” and the degree of embedding affected by the project cycle are discussed in the embedded development of Y social work institutions,and from the government level,social work institutions,social workers.These three levels propose corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for establishing social support networks,strengthening stakeholder collaboration,and enhancing core competitiveness,so as to promote the development of social work institutions embedded in the community and promote the development of professional social work.
