At present,China actively advocates the vigorous development of sports industry.As an integral part of the sports industry,the fitness dance training market has obtained good development opportunities.With the increasing number of gymnastics and dance training institutions and the expanding training market,the gymnastics and dance training market in Xi'an has great potential for development.On the one hand,on the basis of understanding the characteristics of the development of Xi'an aerobics and dance training market,this study investigates and analyses the problems in Xi'an aerobics and dance training market,and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures.On the other hand,in exploring the model of Xi'an aerobics and dance training market,this paper finds out the factors that restrict the development of Xi'an aerobics and dance training market,does not put forward reasonable and feasible suggestions for the development of Xi'an aerobics and dance training market,and also provides reference for the healthy and sustainable development of Xi'an aerobics and dance training market.By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire,field investigation,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper investigates and analyses the types and distribution,operation mode,operation effect,curriculum,managers and coaches of Xi'an aerobics and dance training institutions.It is found that there are the following problems in Xi'an aerobics and dance training market:1 Most of the training institutions in Xi'an have no perfect and systematic management mechanism and powerful management means to make the Xi'an aerobics and dance training market run steadily,which makes the training market appear autonomous management and the management of training institutions confused.2.There is no advanced management idea in Xi'an aerobics and dance training institutions.Their marketing consciousness is weak and the way is single.They can not make good use of brand effect and packaging strategy to expand the consumer market.The propaganda effect is too traditional and consistent,and there is no unique market awareness.3 At present,the managers of Xi'an aerobics and dance training market mainly focus on the aerobics and dance enthusiasts.They do not have professional sports management knowledge and ability,and can not manage the training institutions systematically and normatively.As a result,managers have low ability to operate and control training institutions well.4.Teachers are also an important issue in the development of sports training in Xi'an.Most of the coaches in gymnastics and dance training institutions are not full-time coaches,so they can not teach the students with all their heart and soul.Some coaches do not have systematic theoretical knowledge and certificates related to gymnastics and dance,so the problem of teachers is an important problem that we need to solve urgently.5 Xi'an aerobics and dance training market curriculum setting has general influence and no unique curriculum setting.The curriculum content of training institutions is basically the same,and the consumers are basically the same,which increases the pressure of market competition.No unique brand has been established.In view of the problems in the training market of fitness gymnastics and dance in Xi'an,the corresponding suggestions are put forward.1.Government departments should improve the management mechanism of aerobics and dance training market,establish a sound legal guarantee system,provide strong legal guarantee for the development of aerobics and dance training market,strengthen supervision and management,and make the aerobics and dance training market in Xi'an develop better under the legal norms.2 The training market of Xi'an fitness gymnastics and dancing should have clear marketing objectives,correct marketing positioning and correct marketing strategies.Fully grasp and use their own advantages,fully develop and innovate products or services suitable for their own institutions,carry out reasonable business strategies,and choose different strategies for different consumers to set different markets.3.Improving the ability of managers has an important influence on the expanding market of gymnastics and dance training.We should strengthen the management level and ability of managers.We should constantly learn management knowledge systematically and objectively evaluate the training effect from the angle of management and economy.4.In the training market of fitness gymnastics and dance in Xi'an,we need to constantly improve the teachers' strength,educational level and sports skills.To standardize coaches,we must hold certificates,strengthen teachers' strength,independently develop professional teachers,and employ excellent athletes and coaches at home and abroad.Conducting action guidance and technical exchanges can not only improve the professionalism of teachers,enrich teaching experience,but also make the organization get a good publicity effect.5.Focus on teaching effect,training institutions to shape brand image,do a good job in brand promotion,establish brand concept of training institutions,implement quality teaching,and focus on diversity and characteristics in curriculum design.We also need to provide high-quality teaching services,so that students can have excellent teaching results show to win a good reputation to improve the visibility of the organization.
