Training Market Supervision Research Of National Master Entrance Examination In Beijing City

In recent years,with the rise of the craze for postgraduate,a large number of training institutions of Postgraduate entrance exam has emerged.However,currently,management and operations of the market of the training institutions is not ideal.In this paper,existing problems of master training market was researched through the theoretical study and statistical analysis of questionnaire survey,and relevant suggestions were proposed.The following conclusions were concluded:there exists some problems of the training institutions of postgraduate entrance exam in Beijing currently,such as operation mode in chaos,absence of market management and low social evaluation.Specific performances for these problems are hype,false masters,blind expansion of the training institutions;management without a license,vicious competitions,lack of regulatory standards in the process of market management;low opinion of the public of charging standards in chaos,poor training effect,and poor quality of service.Based on the problems above,the corresponding control strategies should be put forward in terms of the government management system construction,supervision mechanism establishment and training institutions competitiveness.Government agencies should perfect relevant laws and regulations,raise the barriers to entry and strengthen market supervision and management,to ensure that the postgraduate market has the law to abide by.Establishing the third monitoring system and the corresponding social evaluation and certification system makes the social supervision work,and promotes the benign development of the market.Training institutions should improve their competitiveness from three aspects:improving the level of teachers,innovating teaching mode and strengthening internal control of the market.The research results of this paper have positive practical significance for promoting the sustainable development of Beijing postgraduate training institutions and ensuring the market orderly.
