Research purpose Javelin throwing is a complex speed and force project in track and field,and its teaching method is also an innovation point that has been paid more attention to in recent years.With the continuous development of science and technology,electronic products have become an indispensable part of people's life.Teachers can use the mobile phone video familiar to students as the learning auxiliary medium to carry on the double feedback of vision and hearing in the technical teaching,so that the students can view their movements at any time,form the correct movement picture,and increase the students'time and interest in learning.The development of science and technology has promoted the development of teaching,constantly updated teaching ideas,rich and colorful teaching methods,advanced and novel teaching means,have become an important embodiment of the continuous development of education and teaching.On the basis of previous feedback research,following the basic law of the formation of sports skills,this study uses different video feedback opportunities to carry out teaching feedback in different teaching classes,discusses the application effect of different video feedback opportunities in the general course of javelin throwing,and finds the best video feedback time to realize the optimization of javelin throwing teaching.Research methods:the main research methods of this study are literature method,expert interview method,video analysis method,mathematical statistics method,teaching experiment method.In the teaching experiment,it is divided into 4 experimental classes with 20 people in each class,and the javelin throwing technique is taught for 16 hours.The feedback teaching is carried out by different video feedback opportunities in the four experimental classes.In the experiment,the independent variables of the four experimental classes are consistent.Before the experiment,the body shape and physical quality of the four groups were tested to ensure that the experimental conditions were the same.After the experiment,the achievement of reaching the standard,the score of technical evaluation and the key technology of javelin throwing in the four groups of students(initial speed of shot,out of Hand angle,hand height)results were compared and analyzed.Results:(1)There is no significant difference between the standard and technical evaluation of students who use instant video feedback and single delayed video feedback.After using immediate video feedback,then using delayed video feedback,the technical evaluation and meeting the standard are obviously superior to the other three groups.(2)There was no significant difference in the four groups of shot height in the decisive factors affecting the shooting gun,but the students in the experimental group who used the delayed video feedback were faster.The angle of shot is closer to the best angle of shot.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)in the whole teaching process,there is no significant difference in the teaching effect between the single immediate video feedback and the single delayed frequency feedback.(2)according to the law of the formation of motor skills,the immediate video feedback is used in the first four classes of the skill formation stage,and the delayed video feedback is used in the last four classes of the skill consolidation and improvement stage.It is beneficial to promote the formation and mastery of sports skills,and its teaching effect is also the best.The effect of delayed video feedback in the first four classes and immediate video feedback in the last four classes is the worst.(3)in the stage of skill formation,that is,engraving.Frequency feedback provides timely and accurate comparative information,accelerates the formation of correct action,delays video feedback in the stage of skill consolidation and improvement,provides the time for self-processing and analysis of information,and promotes the improvement of motor skills.
