Purpose:The tradition teaching method plays dominant role in teaching.It including teachers’ demonstration and students’ practicing In teaching process,the teachers pay more attention in physical exercise and action simulating,it leads a lad habit for students to study actively. students can not develop their cognitive competence and the ability of self-understanding. with the development of the society,the most highest level of ability are needled, Teachers also need to develop themselves to meet the stand and nowadays,the educational concept are updated and the new method are used in teaching process.Searching for a new method becoming the main target in education.Our scholars have known some useful and valuable aspects of the modern technology micro-video feedback, but it still need to be promote in related fields. micro-video feedback teaching combined the tradition teaching method and the modern teaching media it still complete the teaching schedule by using the theory and technology of labels.Method:The writer mainly use literature date method,questionnaire investigation, teaching experiment and mathematical statistics method to have a research on the studying of javelin teaching for 40 students in two classes of Xi an physical institute. The topic focuses on the function of Micro-video feedback in limited time to improve the efficient and stimulate the enthusiasm for learning and provide a theory basis for athletic teaching.The results are as follows:Experiment Results:It is obviously that the grades of experiment group in standards estimating, technical estimating and theoretical testing are higher than control group. Through the questionnaire survey of teaching method recognition in experiment students, we can know that students speak highly of it and show their intentions to this new method.Conclusion:(1) The athletic teaching research shows that it is feasible for Micro Video Feedback to prevent and correct errors in javelin teaching. Also, the grades of experiment group are better than control group.(2) In javelin teaching, we can help students make accurate conceptions to prevent some mistakes and improve teaching quality by adding pictures and video when teaching.(3) By adding micro video feedback in javelin teaching can improve the students’ interest and help them study actively rather than passive learning. It is also a good opportunity to develop students’ comprehensive abilities.
