Investigation And Countermeasure Research On The Present Situation Of The Teaching Staff Of The Grass-Roots Department In Shaanxi Province

The Ministry of Education has made clear the "The focus of school physical education is to transfer to the rural and weak areas,in order to improve the level of physical education in these areas and Education Policy,the Shaanxi Sports Bureau,the Shaanxi Provincial Education Department,the Shaanxi Gymnastic Movement Management Center,the Shaanxi Gymnastic Association,the Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Education and the Shaanxi Provincial People's Fitness Promotion Committee are the host of 2018 From mid-April to late June,the campus public welfare activities of gymnastics events in highest team honor,become the main promotion project of this training activity.It is highly respected by teachers in primary schools,primary schools and kindergartens at the grass-roots level.The corresponding cheerleading competition is also gradually developed,elite competition,championship competition,national cheerleading league,sub-station competition,provincial competitions,city competitions,regional competitions and the number of participants is also increasing year by year,the scale of cheerleading competitions,the championship competition,the national cheerleading league match,the sub-station competition,the provincial competition,the city competition and the number of participants are also increasing year by year.This paper uses the methods of literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,from academic background,age,sex,professional title,From the aspects of scientific research,this paper investigates 823 teachers involved in the public welfare delivery and training activities in Shaanxi Province in 2018,and analyzes the present situation of cheerleading teachers at the grass-roots level in Shaanxi Province as follows:The teachers participating in cheerleading education and teaching at the grass-roots level in Shaanxi Province are mainly young female teachers,accounting for more than 90% of the teachers with bachelor's degree or below,weak scientific research ability,unreasonable structure of professional title,and less than 40% of thespecial fit.Teachers have less opportunities to participate in training and study,and the technical level of cheerleading coaches and referees is lower.The research has found that the construction of teachers' teachers in the base course of Shaanxi province mainly has the following problems:1.The government and related departments are not in place,the school leaders do not know enough about the cheerleading project,and the development of teachers is lack of platform.two?2.Lack of school support,site and equipment restrictions;teacher incentive mechanism is not perfect.3.Teaching and training time is difficult to coordinate,parents have low matching degree,less opportunities to participate in events and performances,coaches can not get effective exercise,teaching and self-improvement motivation is insufficient.4.The proportion of teachers' age is out of proportion,teachers are not in place to grasp the characteristics of cheerleading exercises,and teachers' scientific research ability,teaching experience and related professional knowledge are relatively lacking.Participate in professional training and obtain corresponding coaches In 2005,the teachers at the referee level could not meet the needs of cheerleading education at the grass-roots level.Based on the present situation of teachers and the problems existing in the construction of teachers at the grass-roots level in Shaanxi Province,the author puts forward the following suggestions:1.Government administrative support,social multi-channel financing,set up grass-roots school cheerleading display platform,reasonable use of policies and media resources to actively publicize cheerleading.From the social environment to improve the popularity of cheerleading events,improve social participation and attention.two?2.The school deeply understands the policy,conforms to the policy guidance,perfects the venue equipment,recruits the talented person,enhances the teacher welfare treatment,sets up the cheerleading exercises related course.From the school point of view,the further introduction of cheerleading teachers to provide opportunities for the development of cheerleading teachers and power?3.Improve the communication efficiency of home and school,promote parents' understanding and recognition of cheerleading programs,and cooperate with cheerleading teachers from the perspective of parents.4.Teachers study carefully,actively participate in professional training,make full useof resources,improve their own sports ability,teaching ability and team training ability.Starting from the teachers themselves,promote the development of cheerleading exercises in Shaanxi Province.
