As a teacher group,grass-roots teaching organization is an important relying force to carry out the fundamental task of building people,deepen teaching reform and promote the reform of new curriculum,and it is also the key to improve the quality of education and teaching and promote the professional development of teachers in an all-round way at the present stage.However,in the practice of education and teaching,the organizational structure of grass-roots teaching organizations is unreasonable and the organization is not running smoothly,which affects the overall improvement of the quality of education and teaching and is not conducive to the development of schools and teachers.In view of the above problems,this study focuses on the theme of "the present situation of the development of grass-roots teaching organizations and improvement strategies".From the theoretical point of view,it is recognized that the grass-roots teaching organizations should have the characteristics of coordinated organizational objectives,stable development of organizational members,unity and mutual assistance of organizational culture,co-construction and sharing of organizational resources,and so on.But in the practice of education and teaching,what is the actual state of grass-roots teaching organizations? This study presents the background of grass-roots teaching organization through the perspective of historical evolution.Taking Shenzhen A School as an example,this paper studies the present situation of grass-roots teaching organization from six aspects,such as literature research method,case analysis method,observation method,interview method and so on,from six aspects: the basic situation analysis of grass-roots teaching organization,the present situation of organizational structure setting,the present situation of organization goal,the present situation of operation,the basic situation of department leader and the present situation of evaluation system.It is found that the development structure of grass-roots teaching organizations is unreasonable,which is manifested in the unreasonable structure of teachers and the unscientific setting of organizational structure.The operation is not smooth,which shows that the identity of organizational objectives is not high,the organizational positioning is not clear,the effect of teaching and research activities is not good,the construction of teachers' team lags ehind,the positioning of organizational leadership is low,the good organizational atmosphere is not formed,and so on.The research also found that the organizational evaluation is not in place.Based on the above research,this study suggests that the basic teaching organization structure should be optimized from the aspects of teacher structure,organizational organization setting,organizational leadership selection and so on.Secondly,the whole organization should be endowed with vision,responsibility and trust,and should be symbiotic and shared with other organizations to make the organization run efficiently and orderly.Finally,the operation of grass-roots teaching organizations should be evaluated and feedback,the process management should be strengthened,and the target assessment of teaching and research organizations should be refined.Because of the limitation of case study,it is difficult to reflect the whole picture of school grass-roots teaching organization.Therefore,we will continue to pay attention to and carry out relevant research in the future,so that the operation of grass-roots teaching organization can meet the needs of school reform and development.
