| There are many kinds of natural disasters in China and the disasters are serious.Therefore,disaster prevention and reduction education is very necessary for our country.The international decade for natural disaster mitigation states: "education is central to disaster mitigation plans,and knowledge is key to success or failure in disaster mitigation." It can be seen that schools are the main places to disseminate knowledge and skills of disaster prevention and reduction.The curriculum standard of general high school geography(2017 edition)clearly lists disaster education as an important part of high school geography,requiring students to master the causes,formation process,hazards and disaster prevention and reduction measures of natural disasters,which further confirms the importance of high school geography disaster education.The frequent and severe natural disasters in Wangcang county provide the necessity and feasibility for taking Wangcang county as an example to study the geography disaster education in high schools.This paper is in the context of complying with the requirements of general high school geography curriculum standards(2017 edition),investigating and analyze the present situation and existing problems of disaster education in geography teaching in high schools in Wangcang county.According to the analysis results,the content of geography disaster education in senior high school is sorted out,and the feasible teaching methods,teaching means and teaching strategies are put forward.This paper is divided into five parts:Introduction is the first part,expounding the background of this paper,and the significance of the research.Then,expounding the thinking and method of the researchThe second part is the definition of geography teaching and disaster education and the elaboration of the theoretical basis of this paper.The theoretical basis is composed of humanistic learning theory,constructivism theory and general high school geography curriculum standards(2017 edition);The third part investigates the current situation and main problems of geography disaster education in high schools in Wangcang county by taking the students and geography teachers of Wangcang high school and Dongcheng high school as the objects.The fourth part is the implementation of the high school geography disaster education,mainly expounding the contents,methods,means and strategies of disaster education,focuing on mining the high school geography teaching material and the disaster education content in Wangcang county rural geography,puting forward a variety of disaster education methods in and out of geography classroom,illustrating the application of traditional teaching methods and modern teaching methods in high school geography disaster education,and puts forward the teaching strategies of disaster education.The fifth part is the conclusion.The conclusion of this paper is to explore the content,methods,means and strategies suitable for geography disaster education in senior high school,reflect on the deficiencies in the research,and put forward the prospect of future research. |
