In 2014,the ministry of education proposed that teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of students’ core qualities in the teaching process in the opinions of the ministry of education on comprehensively deepening the curriculum reform and implementing the fundamental task of cultivating moral talents.In 2017,the newly revised physics curriculum standards for ordinary senior high school was issued,which included the core accomplishment of physics into the physics teaching objectives.With the deepening of educational reform and the improvement of educational requirements,higher requirements are put forward for the classroom teaching ability of high school physics teachers.This paper,from the perspective of core literacy,takes the concept of developmental teacher evaluation as the purpose of teacher classroom teaching ability evaluation,and takes improving teacher classroom teaching ability and promoting teacher development as the main purpose of classroom teaching evaluation.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper briefly describes the research background,the current situation of high school physics teaching from the perspective of core accomplishment,the current situation of developmental teacher evaluation,and the research methods of the paper.The second part is an overview of relevant theories.This paper defines the related concepts of core literacy and teacher evaluation,and briefly describes the theories of educational measurement and evaluation and teacher professional development.The third part is the evaluation of high school physics teachers’ classroom teaching ability.Firstly,from the perspective of core accomplishment,the evaluation index system of high school physics teachers’ classroom teaching is established,and the first amendment is made according to the investigation.Based on the evaluation index system revised for the first time,the author developed the classroom teaching evaluation table for high school physics teachers.Next,four selected high school physics teachers in different regions are taken as the evaluation objects.In their public class hours,peer teachers,students and teachers themselves are taken as the evaluators.According to the developed classroom teaching evaluation table,the teachers are evaluated and investigated.Finally through the investigation result analysis high school physics teacher teaching existence insufficiency.The fourth part,based on classroom teaching evaluation,puts forward specificmeasures and Suggestions in the three aspects of "changing teaching concepts","improving teaching ability" and "strategies for schools to promote the teaching ability of high school physics teachers" in order to promote the professional development of high school physics teachers.The fifth part summarizes and reflects on the research.This paper summarizes the research in this paper,reflects on the existing shortcomings,especially in the evaluation system to further improve and promote teachers to improve teaching,and points out the future research direction.
