With the ever-increasing demands for improvement of teacher specialization in the global academic world,the reform of basic education puts forward new requirements for teacher qualification.The changes of cultural environment and technological innovation are influencing teachers' educational ideas and Normal students' learning styles.In the above context,recently through the investigation the Ministry of Education officials found that some normal colleges and universities are not concerned about the basic education reform,curriculum and teaching reform is lagging behind,the quality of education practice is not high,weak faculty and the certain gap between the educational training ideas and the actual demand of primary or secondary schools.This phenomenon exists also in art teacher education of Higher Normal Colleges and Universities.In view of the above problems,the Ministry of Education promulgated the “ Opinions on the Implementation of the Excellent Teacher Training Program” and other relevant documents.It hopes to improve the Normal colleges and universities and strengthen the quality of teacher education through policy guidance.I believe that art teacher education,as to cultivate the outstanding art teachers in future,should also follow the trend of national teacher education reform.And should seriously consider how to deal with the problems and shortcomings in the past teaching and curriculum system,how to innovate on the pattern of curriculum and teaching system.As to improve the quality of preparatory art teachers,reflecting the art teacher “specialization” features.The above topics will be the focus of this paper.The study is divided into 8 chapters,the chapter outline is as follow:The introduction clarifies the main problems in the cultivation of professional fin arts teacher education in our country,and points out the problems to be solved in this study,puts forward the meaning,purpose,content and method of the study.This paper analyzes the research results on the literatures all over the world about cultivation of excellent art teachers,and analyzes the shortcomings of previous studies,provides the basis for this academic research.The first chapter through the literature research all over the world,around the education polices,documents,excellent art teachers qualification by experts,to grasp on “excellent primary and secondary teachers ” standardization,to discuss the professional quality framework of art teacher education undergraduate students,to investigate those quality of students in East part of Chinese Normal Universities and come to the survey results for directing the following curriculum and teaching reform.In the second chapter,through the literature research and investigation and induction,the author analyzes the policy of curriculum and teaching reform in the relevant documents of” the outstanding art teachers” promulgated by the Ministry of Education,and tries to find the relevant policy basis for the future professional curriculum and teaching innovation.Through the first-hand comparison of information,the author selected the art training program from the United States,Britain,Germany,Japan,and provide excellent experience for the study of curriculum innovation and reform.The third chapter investigates the status of the curriculum and implementation of art teacher education in 9 colleges and universities in East China,and summarizes the factors of curriculum and teaching problems,looks from the internal and external factors and analyzes the root of the problem.It provides a reference basis and specify the direction for teaching innovation.The fourth chapter starts from the source of the postmodern curriculum theory,also concerns the theoretical basis of the curriculum reform.At the same time,it draws on the policy basis of reform and puts forward the principles and strategies of the innovation.It constructs the “based on the practice of diversification curriculum system” innovation pattern through the reality of training program and training theory.The fifth chapter starts from the research of the theory of constructivism and the theory of learning theory,and puts forward the policy suggestions of the teaching model reform,and puts forward the innovative principles and strategies of the teaching mode of the art teacher education.Through the demonstration of the three professional courses,the author study and analyze.From the two aspects of theory and practice to build the future high school art teacher education undergraduate courses “based on the situational teaching” model of innovative teaching research.The sixth chapter starts from the basic theory of the practice model of teacher education,studies the practice of teacher education and teaching practice policy,puts forward the idea of the principle and strategy of innovative teaching practice mode,through the two teaching cases that the author experienced.This paper explores the innovative ideas of “ the practice of synergistic and normative practice based on reflection” in the future of art teachers training in undergraduates.The chapter seven analyzes the challenges of art education in the future from the changes in the external environment of society.So from the different areas such as standard,model,system,methods and resources,to discuss the future of art teacher training requirements,the future of china's fine arts education curriculum and teaching system development prospects.
