Study On The Management Of Single Recruit Students In Higher Vocational College

Individual enrollment of national demonstration vocational colleges is the new mode of national talent selection;it can implement talent assessment very well.As China constantly promotes the reform of higher education talent selection modes,the primary goal is to develop new recruitment method which can meet the demand of higher vocational collages,and gradually build perfect recruitment system.And this should combine with the actual characteristics of higher vocational colleges closely.The proposal of separate admission marks the continuous deepening of the reform of higher vocational education in China.In 2007,China executes independent recruitment of students for the first time,Higher vocational separate admissions are well promoted throughout the country just in eight years,and it covered all the provinces and cities across the country basically.The number of colleges and universities that adopts separate admission is improved steadily.The higher vocational college in Q as a national key project construction of national higher vocational colleges,it began to recruit separately in 2012,and it enrolled 310 students of three majors for the first time.And it recruited 930 students of 14 majors in 2013,930 students of 16 majors in 2014,and 1255 students in 2015.With the scope of separate recruitment expands,the recruit students will become an important part of higher vocational college students.Facing with the large group of recruit students,making effective management has become more important and difficult for the higher vocational colleges student management.It has been only 8 years for the separate admissions of higher vocational colleges in our country.Separate admissions reform is still in the primary stage and the systems are not perfect.Most colleges did not establish a complete admissions examinee management and examination evaluation system,and they are also lack of experience in teaching and management.With the increase of the students' number for this situation will be worse.This paper is based on a higher vocational college of Q city as an example,using the method of questionnaire and interview to obtain the difference between single recruit students and enrolled students,it makes a statistical analysis of the results,and finds out the characteristics of the single recruit students in higher vocational colleges.It also analyzes the present situations of the management of students in today's vocational colleges from the angles of school itself and society.At last,it explores the management measures of the single recruit students combines with the characteristics of single admissions in higher vocational colleges and the present management difficulties of the single recruit students of higher vocational colleges.
