Research On The Driving Mechanism And Key Influencing Factors Of The Integration Industry And Education In Contemporary Entrepreneurial Universities

In October 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress to build a modern economic system and form an industrial system of solid economy,technological innovation,modern finance,and coordinated development of human resources.The premise of the realization of the "four synergy" industrial system is to achieve the integration of production and education.In December of the same year,the State Council issued the "Several Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Production and Education",pointing out that deepening the integration of production and education,promoting the organic link between the education chain,the talent chain,the industrial chain and the innovation chain,and providing strong support for the construction of a modern economic system.However,due to the long-term separation of production,study and research,universities mainly focus on scientific and technological research,and pay little attention to the needs of enterprises,which makes it difficult to seamlessly interface the supply of scientific research technology with market demand.This situation is obviously not conducive to the integration of production and education in China's colleges and universities,and will also hinder the establishment of China's modern economic system.Therefore,we need to find the right way and path to guide universities to deep integration of education.Based on this,this paper takes the typical entrepreneurial university-Warwick University as a case to explore the factors affecting the integration of production and education in the development process of more than 50 years,deeply analyzes the driving mechanism of the integration of production and education,and identifies its key influencing factors.Firstly,this paper collects a wide range of academic research articles,news reports and official website information about Warwick University,collates them according to their development time sequence,and takes them as the rooted text to take root in the case.Through the analysis of Warwick University case,this paper summarizes the factors influencing the integration of industry and education in entrepreneurial universities step by step,and finally obtains the influencing factors system of the integration of industry and education in entrepreneurial universities consists of cultivating the willingness of Industry-Education integration,exploring the practice of Industry-Education integration,improving the ability of Industry-Education integration and building the environment of Industry-Education integration.Among them,the dimensions of cultivating the willingness of Industry-Education integration include university policy orientation,firstclass university vision,high-level entrepreneurship attitude,school financing pressure and entrepreneurial income expectation;the dimensions of exploring the practice of Industry-Education integration include the creation of entrepreneurial atmosphere,the construction of entrepreneurship system and the implementation of entrepreneurial operation;the dimensions of improving the ability of Industry-Education integration include the formation of business endowment,the cultivation of business ability and the display of business value;The dimension of building the environment of IndustryEducation integration includes the change of social concept,the incentive of entrepreneurship policy and the demand of technology market.Secondly,the frequency and centrality of influencing factors in case materials are comprehensively measured,so as to extract the key influencing factors of IndustryEducation integration in entrepreneurial universities.Taking frequency as abscissa and centrality as ordinate,it is found that high-level entrepreneurship attitude and entrepreneurship atmosphere are strong influencing factors.These two factors can be used as key influencing factors in the integration of industry and education in entrepreneurial universities,and play a decisive role in the success of the integration of industry and education in entrepreneurial universities.Finally,by reviewing the development process of Huawei University,this paper constructs an evolutionary model of Industry-Education integration in entrepreneurial universities,which is composed of "cultivating the willingness of Industry-Education integration","exploring the practice of Industry-Education integration","improving the ability of Industry-Education integration" and "building the environment of IndustryEducation integration".Among them,the cultivation of the willingness for IndustryEducation integration is the premise,the exploration of practice of Industry-Education integration is the intermediary,the improvement of integration ability of industry and education is the result,and the construction of integration environment plays a supporting role in the Industry-Education integration.Drawing on multi-objective ideas,the mathematics expression of the entrepreneurial university education integration evolution model is carried out.
