| Since the introduction of the concept of "sense of gain" into the ideological and political theory class,it has increasingly become an important indicator to test the teaching effect of ideological and political theory classes,reflecting the value orientation of students of ideological and political theory classes.Strengthening the sense of gain plays an important role in strengthening the function of educating people and the role of main channel in ideological and political theory classes.As a relatively special group,medical students are the future and hope of China’s sanitation and health business.At present,there are still some deficiencies in the development of ideological and political theory classes in medical colleges in China,which makes ideological and political workers in medical colleges face greater challenges.The author goes deep into the medical student group,investigates the medical students’ needs and expectations for ideological and political theory classes,and some problems existing in the ideological and political theory course of the medical university.Through the grasp of the sense of gain of medical students in ideological and political theory courses,the medical colleges can be strengthened to pay more attention to the ideological and political theory classes and improve the teaching quality in medical colleges,and contribute to the cultivation of health professionals with both ability and political integrity.The article is divided into five parts.The first part is the foreword,which mainly elaborates on the research background,research purposes and significance,research methods and ideas,research innovations and deficiencies,and research status at home and abroad.The first part is an overview of the theory of “sense of gain”.From the perspective of linguistics,the article analyzes the meaning of "sense of gain" And compares "sense of gain" with "subjective well-being","security" and "relative deprivation".Then proceeds from the Marxist view of labor,the "people-centered" historical view and the "human needs" to trace the source of "sense of gain".It can be seen that "sense of gain" has its profound theoretical connotation.The second part is the theoretical study on the theory of sense of gain in ideological and political theory class.The article starts from the connotation and theoretical source of the ideological and political theory classes,and uses the Marxist humanistic view to apply the concept of "sense of gain" to the theoretical basis of the ideological and political theory class,and analyzes the particularity of the medical student group.The theory leads to the reality and explores how to specifically study the issue of the acquisition of a certain type of educational object in the ideological and political theory class.The third part is the analysis of the status quo of the medical students’ ideological and political theory classes.The questionnaire survey method was used to understand the current situation of ideological and political theory classes in medical colleges and students’ sense of gain.The fourth part is the analysis of factors affecting the sense of gain of medical students in ideological and political theory classes.According to the results of the previous survey,the reasons for the sense of gain in ideological and political theory classes are obtained from the five dimensions of education,educators,educational content,educational methods and educational environment.The fifth part is the method of promoting the sense of gain of medical students in ideological and political theory courses.According to the survey results and the reasons,we will consider the path of improving the sense of gain around the needs of medical students. |
