Under the background of the new era,the requirements of education and teaching for students are getting higher and higher.The subsequent education reform emphasizes that educators should emphasize the main position of students in the process of practical teaching and pay attention to the cultivation of students 'independent learning.In order to keep up with the pace of education reform,keep up with the trend of education reform and the continuous development of ideological and political subjects in high schools,and stimulate students 'interest in ideological and political learning,we urgently need to change the traditional indoctrination teaching model and transform and upgrade the teaching concept.Seek a teaching mode that can adapt to the development of education in the new period to promote better development of education and promote more comprehensive progress of students.To this end,many educators rooted in the education field have constantly explored and practiced this,eager to find a good way to promote the innovation of the education model,and have achieved a series of results.For example,such as the "March 36 Autonomous" teaching model of Du Langkou Middle School and the "Learning and Teaching" of Yang Si Middle School,The teaching mode of the school training,the "self-study and exchange" teaching mode of the Guannan Xinzhi School,and the "small gentleman system" teaching mode systematically discussed by Linxu and so on.In this series of teaching modes,what impressed me most was the "small gentleman system" teaching model.It has a deeper connotation.Students have a strong participation in this model.This model is similar to that advocated by the curriculum reform.The idea is similar.Therefore,I base myself on the basic characteristics of ideological and political subjects,according to my own understanding of the educational concept of the "Little Mister System",and change my orientation from a new course to a "high school ideological and political curriculum standard".In the course of high school ideological and political course teaching practice,this paper discusses and analyzes the teaching mode of "small gentleman system".In addition to the introduction,the full text consists of four parts.The first part mainly expounds the teaching method of "small gentleman system" in detail.Firstly,the author introduces the relevant definition of "small gentleman system" and makes clear the relevant meaning of the teaching model of "small gentleman system" in this article.Secondly,the historical origin of the "Little Mister System" teaching method is elaborated in detail.The second part discusses and analyzes the feasibility of the teaching method of "small gentleman system" in the classroom teaching practice of high school politics.Firstly,the requirements,conditions and principles of the teaching method of "small gentleman system" are explained.Then the rationality of its application is demonstrated one by one.Finally,the theoretical form has been used to organize the design of the "small gentleman system" teaching method in senior high school ideological and political classes,the selection and training of young teachers,and the selection and preparation of teaching content.As well as the development of classroom activities,these three aspects have been specifically designed.In the third part,according to the design questionnaire survey and analysis design,the author designs a real and detailed teaching case led by "Mr.Xiao",and summarizes the effects,problems and causes of problems in the implementation process.In order to make the content of the article Fuller,the last part is the countermeasures and reflections in the implementation process.It is expected that the "small gentleman system" will be more and more perfect,and it is also hoped that it can provide scientific theoretical guidance for teachers on the front line of actual teaching.Therefore,in this article,the application of the "Little Mister" teaching method in the high school political classroom teaching is to deepen and practice on the basis of the previous research.It is not simply to use doctrine,but to give the connotation of the times on the basis of dialectics.And the particularity of the subject.The research of this topic is beneficial to the comprehensive development of the students,the teaching practice of the frontline teachers,and the current education and teaching reform.
