| Today, Chinese basic education curriculum reform is rapidly and smoothly progressed in the country with the world's attention, it will achieve the historic change which from the subjects of our school curriculum-based, knowledge-based to the attention to the quality of every student all-round development. And mathematics teaching in our past was paid too much attention to teaching knowledge, and greatly neglected the cultivation of student ability, in order to change this state, it's surely not workable if we still perpetuate the traditional teaching mode, and in order to find a new, suitable for the requirements of the New Curriculum Reform in the teaching mode, I chose to carry out the practice study in math class: Mr. Small System.In this study, the subjectivity and students to participate as the basic theoretical foundation, through the practice of research, and surveying methods taught to study my classes of Xinjiang, and there some research results are as follows: 1. According to high school mathematics curriculum standards, setting Mr. Small system of teaching principles: the principle of full participation, independence principle, the principle of continuity, the principle of the system and teachers'macro-control principles; Guiding the development of specific operational processes in accordance with above principles: selection classes, preparation classes, execute, classes assessment, and the corresponding details of the concrete operation of the process. 2. To clarify by specific cases how to execute the classroom instruction in mathematics teaching accordance with the operation flow. 3. The results show that Mr. Small system achieved certain advantages: A. Being participated in the process of teaching, the abilities of students were trained: gathering and processing information abilities, analysis and problem-solving skills, the ability of exchanges and cooperation, the ability to acquire new knowledge, innovation capacity. B. The whole process of macro-guidance to enhance the abilities of teachers such as: operational capacity, restructuring ability, the ability to organize the classroom, macro-control capacity, the system of subject knowledge and capacity general summary.The course of my study demonstrated a number of issues, this will be my next study. |
