The "Activity and Inquiry" unit is a brand new unit model appearing in the unified compilation of junior high school Chinese teaching materials.It is one of the prominent signs of the reform of Chinese textbooks.It is also a necessary reform carried out by Chinese educators in response to the unoptimistic status quo of Chinese subject teaching "teachers as the center of the classroom".In order to make up for the deficiency of the single "full classroom" teaching mode in Chinese subject teaching,it highlights the central position of students in class.Chinese classroom teaching needs to greatly strengthen its own activity and effectively cultivate students' comprehensiveness and practicality,so the "Activity and Inquiry" unit emerges at the right moment.Therefore,this paper attempts to make a theoretical and practical discussion on the unit teaching of "Activity and Inquiry" in the unified compilation of junior high school Chinese textbooks from the three main aspects of textbook compilation,practical confusion and teaching strategies.The first part is based on combing and summarizing the research at home and abroad,and the core concept of "Activity and Inquiry",the teaching method of this unit teaching mode(task-driven teaching method)and the unit arrangement of the whole mining of its connotation,to clarify the new compilation of "Activity and Inquiry" unit.The second part is mainly to conduct questionnaires and interviews with teachers and students in some middle schools in Changsha to understand the current activity “Activity and Inquiry” unit in the first-line teaching,and to analyze the actual survey data,summed up the current difficult problems and causes in the "Activity and Inquiry" unit teaching.The third part is the central part of this thesis.It mainly through the written "Activity and Inquiry" unit continuously study concluded that "Activity and Inquiry" unit teaching commonly used concrete link in the teaching steps,then "Activity and Inquiry" unit for four different innovation teaching and the old version of the teaching unit teaching pedagogy comparison discovered four "Activity and Inquiry" unit characteristics of different activities.
