Research On The Construction And Demonstration For The Mass Sports Work Management System Of Chinese Universityes And Colleges

The mass sports work is an important part of school sports, it is the school for all students, in the form of physical activity by students in various aspects of culture and education, is achieving the purpose and tasks of school education, and promote students in moral, intellectual, comprehensive development of the important aspects of means and ways for promoting comprehensive development of students is of great significance and role. The Colleges and University Mass Sports Work Management System is based on the work of the implementation of the National Fitness Program and the effective implementation of the "sunshine sports" as the basis for a school group work to implement systematic management operation, scientific management, institutional management, the urgent need for standardized management.In this paper,18 colleges and universities in Sichuan Province as the research object, using literature data, survey, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, community colleges and universities in Sichuan Province management status of the work of investigation, a systematic analysis of the Sichuan GeneralColleges and Universities in the management of the status of group work in the research, based on the work of building community college management system, and in the empirical analysis of Southwest Jiaotong University. The existence of such cause, which is mainly due to: poor school system, group work; management was not standardized; security system is imperfect; management system is imperfect; incentive mechanism is not perfect; the lack of effective evaluation systems.2. The schools surveyed for the paper work management group, this paper from the management, sports, education and other point of view, work in groups to plan, organize, direct, control, evaluation was constructed in five areas of work in Sichuan University Group Management System framework.3. By building management system for implementation in the Southwest Jiaotong University, obtained the following results:School groups contest witnessed a vibrant prosperity, school leaders at all levels of groups working under the care and attention, the formation of a joint management situation; enhanced sports consciousness of students, the students are actively strengthening exercises, the students actively participate in group activities in higher and train the students sports ability, to develop the exercise habit, played the role of a lifetime; the faculty groups and sports associations activities, vibrant, colorful, both in the number of organizational activities, or the number of people participating has increased on almost every week, more than three times the holding group activities; school students, "National Student Fitness Standards" compliance rate for three years maintained at about 88%; school group competition results in increasing year by year; student body shape, physical function and fitness level have a certain amount of increase; school groups has also won many advanced units, and he won the sports work in Sichuan Provinceadvanced unit title.
