The Study On Old-age Mutual Care Group In Urban Community

As one of the major social issues facing the country,the pension problem has received more and more attention.The urban community pension system built by home-based pensions,institutional pensions,and community-based pensions is gradually improving.However,the existing elderly care system in urban communities is not perfect,and its services have certain limitations and cannot meet all the pension needs.As an old-age pension practice,the old-age mutual care group can play a role in picking up and renovating the old-age care services.The research in this paper is supported by social support theory.The research uses literature and questionnaires to collect relevant information on community care services.Through field surveys,it is found that there are low,unbalanced,and inadequate problems in the H community care for the elderly,and elderly people in the H community have emotional needs and health care needs.On the basis of data collection,this study uses functional analysis and comparative analysis to analyze data,and uses group work practices to develop practices,conduct urban community pension and mutual help group research,and explore the possibilities for elderly people in urban communities to meet their own emotional and health needs through an old-age support team.This study emphasizes support and mutual assistance among team members,and pays attention to the supplementary role of the old-age mutual care group,which is conducive to enriching the study and practice of the urban community pension and mutual help groups.
