The regional test of vocational education reform has become an important feature of China's vocational education reform.Over the past ten years,the country has set up 12 national occupation education reform pilot area,actively carry out occupation education reform,innovative education reforms,a testing field for exploration occupation education reform "".The Tianjin national vocational education reform pilot area is the earliest and most prominent development achievements,after two rounds of upgrading,has now become the only national modern vocational education reform and innovation demonstration zone.The study of modern vocational education reform and innovation demonstration zone is of great significance to understand the modernization of China's vocational education,as well as the interactive law of vocational education and regional economic and social development.This paper takes Tianjin national modern occupation education reform and innovation demonstration zone as the research object,through the research methods of literature,interviews,comparative analysis,combing the development history of Tianjin occupation education,summed up the "Tianjin model" occupation education characteristics,summarize the effect of Tianjin experimental area occupation education demonstration and guidance,from the combination of theory and Practice on the basic way the development of occupation education reform.On the basis of clarifying the research background,research significance and other basic issues,this paper focuses on several dimensions: first,the theoretical dimension.Induction of occupation education development theory and regional interaction,including non theory theory,three spiral theory and the occupation education with the social and economic relationship between the theory of balanced development,support the exploration of occupation education reform regional characteristics.Two is the historical dimension.Combing the development history of Vocational Education in Tianjin since modern times,this paper analyzes the characteristics of different stages of Vocational Education in Tianjin,and describes the key tasks and characteristics of the three stages of Tianjin vocational education reform experiment.The three is the dimension of practice analysis.This Tianjin occupationeducation reform pilot area has its own advantages in historical heritage,industrial base,population quality and location characteristics and other aspects;analysis of the test area of occupation education and regional economic interaction coupling relationship,namely the occupation college is a booster for regional economic development,industry enterprise is the fertile soil for the survival and development of occupation education,the government is leading the interactive development of the visible hand of the government;through dialogue zone planning coordination participants,school reform practitioners,reform of front-line workers,and strive to reform and development area of logic and connotation of multi perspective.The four is characteristic analysis dimension.Summed up the typical occupation education reform pilot area characteristics,put forward Tianjin national occupation education reform and Innovation Demonstration Zone in five aspects play a leading role in the demonstration,which become the modern occupation education system construction of new engine,new institutional innovation heights,regional cooperation,new platform,quality improvement and international cooperation in the new window of the new fulcrum.
