The lack of intimate relationships among young people living alone has gradually become a hot issue of social concern.At present,most of the young people living alone are post-80 s and post-90 s.A large proportion of them live in the one-child family.With the disintegration of acquaintance society,the old interpersonal relationship network has been greatly damaged,so that intimacy can only curl up in the narrow field of traditional families.Human beings are social animals.If the young people live alone in the absence of intimate relationships for a long time,their work and life will be adversely affected.Through internship,the author touches the young people in the activities and through the needs assessment found that a large number of solitary youth had self-cognitive bias,low interpersonal trust and lack of effective interpersonal skills.According to the lack of intimacy,this article combines the professional knowledge of social work and practical skills to explore the connection between interpersonal communication and intimacy.Therefore,it is put forward that this article assumes that does interpersonal ability have an impact on the establishment and maintenance of intimacy relationships among young people living alone? How will social work be involved in this issue?This study is based on the social learning theory,using the questionnaire method,participative observation method and interview method for research and analysis.With group work's strong pertinence and interaction to carry out practical intervention.The results were evaluated with the SCL scale,the ITS scale,the group process assessment scale,the group satisfaction assessment,and the interview records.After sorting and analyzing,it can be concluded that interpersonal skills improvement group of the young employees has obvious and good effects on the establishment and maintenance of intimate relationships.Finally,the author rethinks and looks forward based on the study of the social work involved in the intimate relationship of youth living alone.
