With the development of the economy,As a result of "building economy","building community" has emerged as a new type of community in the first tier cities of our country.This kind of community is dominated by small and medium-sized enterprises,dense and liquid,and is a diversified,modern and open type community.A variety of businesses and employees are an important part of the community.As a globalization problem,the work pressure is gradually being watched by many scholars.The same is true of employees in the building community,Due to the limited size of the company,poor working environment and heavy workload,the work pressure is hard to come by.Women in particular are more likely to be under stress than men because of their physical characteristics,emotional problems,and family conflicts.Therefore,the stress of employees has been an important problem for the development of individuals and enterprises.Men and women are under different stress from individual,enterprise and society.Women are under greater stress for they always suffering various sexual discrimination in the workplace.How to effectively alleviate the stress of female employees become more concerned by social workers.The carding of related literature about Building community,Social work intervention on employee stress and Work stress lay a good theoretical foundation for practical research in this article.In this article,the author do the research in a building community(C community)by field survey,the focus of discussion,individual tasks interview,semi-structured interviews and data analysis,based on the female perspective,the integration of community resources,sum up 8 interview object working pressure of direct and indirect reasons,combined with previous survey data,from the individual level,enterprise level and living level to produce the specific reason for the pressure of work.According to the characteristics and needs of the 8subjects,the author design a weekly support group which last for a month.Four activities,respectively,in order to enhance personal ability to work,to reduce the conflict between personal and corporate,around looking for support and build confidence as milestones,layer upon layer thorough and interlocked,attempt to assist team members from multiple angles to alleviate work pressure.Let the team members share,communicate,communicate,and learn from each other in group activities to find out how to solve the problem.Through the design,development and evaluationof activities,the degree of stress on the team members have been eased.Breaking the boundaries,integrating community resources,the exploration of alleviate the work pressure of young female employees in building community is promoting the development of community work.
