Along with the accelerating pace of population aging, the number of retired people in the city community in recent years has been on the rise. They often encounter various problems when adapted to the life of the community. Because enterprise employees at the early stage of retirement are in specific stage of life and the particularity of the relatively weak position in society, most of them are more likely to thave poor interpersonal problems, which seriously influence their mental health and lifestyle. Not only do they need the help from the community and caring people, but also they need professional social work intervention in order to achieve "win-win" goal.Based on the enterprise employees at the early stage of retirement in urban community as the research object, the passage focus on the interpersonal skills improvement problems. Through the investigation of the characteristics of the Enterprise employees at the early stage of retirement and according to the concept of professional social work, we are based on the activity theory, "In the mirror I" theory, group dynamics theory, the method that uses the elderly group work, according to the composition of interpersonal skills personnel retention, interpersonal understanding, human imagination,elegant and expressive ability, cooperation and coordination of six as the main line, the design and implementation of the eight group work, we are to team members for their interpersonal skills training step by step. Through three months of intervention, we basically reached the expected goals.Through a review and summary of the group activities, the author affirms that the elderly group work in early interpersonal skills for enterprise employees in ascension is effective.Through the interpersonal theme group activities, the author tries to help out the enterprise employees at the early stage of retirement to form correct cognition of their retirement life. The author wants to help them toestablish confidence, eliminate the negative psychological factors, gain self-worth and sense of belonging and form a positive and healthy attitude of life.The author wants to help retired worker to recognize the importance of good interpersonal relationship for retirement, teach them some methods of community interpersonal skills and ways, and help them to rebuild a good community relationship and form a new social support network, thus improving the quality of their retirement. I hope this project can provide some reference and suggestions to help retirement employees for their life.
