With the continuous development of my country’s social economy and the continuous improvement of people’s requirements for living standards,happiness has become an important indicator of people’s quality of life,and the people’s happiness is also an important historical mission given to us by the times.Occupational well-being is a positive subjective evaluation and feeling of employees about their own work status.The higher the happiness,the higher the level of organizational commitment,the stronger the loyalty to the organization,and the less likely to leave.Affected by many factors such as region,economic development,education level,and nature of work,the problem of the loss of young employees in the state-owned refining and chemical industry is currently receiving attention.Improving employees’ sense of belonging and loyalty to the company,and improving employee happiness is the current company’s stable workforce.An important job.This paper uses questionnaires to investigate the professional well-being of young employees of state-owned refining and chemical enterprises D.Based on the survey,it analyzes the state of professional well-being of the young employees of the enterprise,existing problems and employee needs,and explores the company ’ s social work intervention D The feasibility and necessity of improving the professional well-being of young employees of enterprises,emphasizing the involvement of group work.D Improving the well-being of young employees of enterprises is the stability of the workforce,deepening the talents,and achieving sustainable development of the enterprise,and achieving self-worth,social value and self-improvement by employees,Personal growth and the need for professional happiness.This article believes that the reasons for the high employee turnover rate are complex,but to a certain extent it also reflects the low professional happiness of employees.Research suggests that there are three main types of quotations that affect professional well-being,namely individual resource factors,occupational environment factors,and family social factors.Corporate social work is the specific application of social work concepts and methods in corporate management.As a way to solve social problems,social work is gradually playing an important role in solving the problem of corporate employees’ professional well-being.It can give full play to the concept of “helping others and helping others” in helping corporate employees to improve their professional well-being.Through the unique method of social work,the practice of social work is carried out to enhance the professional well-being of employees,promote the physical and mental health of employees,promote the establishment of a harmonious social network,fully tap the potential of employees,enhance employees’ sense of belonging and loyalty to the company,and improve employee performance.Promoting the sustainable and stable development of enterprises has its own unique working methods and advantages compared with the work of enterprise ideological and political work,party groups,and trade union organizations.On the basis of theoretical research,this article takes the young employees of Refining and Chemical D Company as the starting point,independently designs a group work plan that meets the reality of D Company,carries out targeted social work group activities for group members,and helps through group work.Young employees in refining and chemical companies have improved their professional well-being,and have reflected on the current practice of corporate social work in the company.It is recommended that companies attach importance to corporate social work,strengthen the reserve and training of social work talents,and try to set progressive work goals and improve The working mechanism forms a joint force to help employees improve their professional well-being,and provides solid intellectual support and talent guarantee for the development of the enterprise.
