The state,society,family,etc.care for the academic performances and comprehensive individual development of teenagers very much.To help teenagers to have better development,the state has established and implemented various measures,society has paid high attention and provided a lot of support to it and families have tried their best to guarantee the learning and living quality of teenagers.Teenagers' learning content is closely combined with the psychological level,when these contents have went beyond the psychological enduring capacity of teenagers and even indirectly urged teenagers to have learning-weariness and negative effects.Therefore,the problem of academic burden reduction for teenagers is attracting extensive concern from all sectors of society.In order to better learn the academic burden situation and explore the mechanism for influence of academic burden on teenagers,analyze the current situation of psychological overlimit,learning burnout and psychological elasticity of teenagers,researched the relations between psychological overlimit and learning burnout as well as the mediating effect of psychological elasticity of teenagers,and finally raised effective strategies to reduce the academic burden,strengthen the psychological adaptive ability and decrease the learning burnout in the hope of helping the teenagers to have sound psychological and physical growth.In this paper,a questionnaire was designed and compiled for junior and senior high school students.On the basis of the survey of junior high school students,based on the status quo of young people's mental resilience,academic burnout and psychological overlimit,using analysis of variance,t test,correlation analysis and other statistical methods,Quantitative research was conducted on the psychological resilience,academic burnout and psychological overlimit of adolescents,and the differences were examined for gender and grade factors,correlation analysis and mediation model validation are used.Research results show:The statistical analysis shows that the psychological overlimit has lower level,the psychological resilience has higher level,and the level of academic burnout has lower level.In the regression analysis of psychological resilience,objective concentration,emotional control and family support have significant influence on academic burnout.The psychological resilience of teenagers has some mediating effect on the effect of psychological overlimit to academic burnout.According to the research conclusion,this study puts forward effective corresponding strategies.By adjusting academic pressure to help adolescents enhance their resilience;paying attention to individual differences in adolescents,establish feedback and solution channels;popularize common psychological common sense,provide parental support;guide peer relationships correctly,and encourage young people to help each other.
