Practical Study On The Promotion Of Self-efficacy Of Migrant Children By Social Work

In recent years,the change of migrant workers' way of entering the city has derived the group of "children with migration".Under the current urbanization background,with the increasing number of children in the new era,the problems facing the "migratory birds" in the new era are increasing.A series of problems,such as education,social integration and adaptation and mental health,have gradually aroused the high concern of the government and the society.Among them,the psychological health level of self-efficacy is one of the most important problems that the children are faced with.In the practice of a public school in Beijing,I learned that the self negation and negative inferiority of the children were more prominent than those of the children who were not transferred.And the negative impact of the transfer events on their self efficacy is low.For their children,they choose to migrate passively for real reasons,making their personal growth and problems more complicated.The long-term existence of inability,inferiority and insignificance in the children's children also seriously hindered their healthy growth and development.And the attention of the academic community to the migration of children has never stopped.In the related research,it has also confirmed the author's discovery in reality,that is,the low level of self-efficacy of the children with the migration needs to be solved urgently.But the study shows that the current research on self-efficacy in psychology and pedagogy,research in the field of social work research less and less,and the self-efficacy training research,especially for migrant children groups to carry out related research is very scarce.Based on the theory of strengths and perspectives and self efficacy theory,this study explores the practical research methods of social work intervention in improving self efficacy of migrant children through single sample design research.The group work is involved in the negative interpretation of the transferred children and their low self efficacy in specific aspects.Based on the quantitative data and qualitative data were analyzed and sum up and draw the following conclusions: first,the social work of the migrant children self efficacy of the intervention is feasible and effective;second,social work intervention migrant children self-efficacy problem should be in focus,combined with the specific situation positive reinterpretation on specific areas and self-efficacy of intervention on the transfer event;third,in the process of social work intervention,to guide the migrant children to transfer a liquidity event of positive interpretation of migrant children,self efficacy has positive significance to enhance;fourthly,following the guidance of the professional value and ethics of social work is the key to the effective intervention of social work.
