After the reform of secondary vocational school, on the teaching quality and efficiency to achieve the expected standard.The reason, one of the more important factor is the reform of teacher incentive mechanism no changes with the reform of secondary vocational schools, the number of students increased, the burden of teachers is growing, but not in incentive mechanism for teachers in the secondary larger changes, seriously restrict the exertion of teachers’ subjective initiative and work enthusiasm. So you need to secondary vocational school teachers incentive mechanism should be established in order to fully arouse the enthusiasm of teachers’ work is the current urgent should solve the problem.Based on the "secondary vocational school teachers incentive mechanism studies- to increase city vocational school as an example of the east", through the actual survey of vocational and technical schools to increase city east analysis problems of incentive mechanism of secondary vocational school teachers. The first part is the introduction to this article, elaborated the research background and research significance of this topic, and deeply analyzes the present situation of vocational school teachers incentive mechanism at home and abroad, and narrates the research contents, research methods and innovation of this topic, determine the research direction in this paper. The second part is the theory analysis part of this article, the secondary vocational teachers, incentive, incentive mechanism, the secondary vocational teachers’ incentive mechanism, demand hierarchy theory, equity theory, expectancy theory and theoretical problems, such as goal setting theory has carried on the analysis and research, for the research of this subject provides a solid theoretical basis. Last part is the conclusion of this article, all of this topic research has carried on the system summary and insufficient of this research and prospects, and hope that through this article research for the establishment and perfection of the secondary vocational school teachers incentive system to provide more help, to improve teachers’ work enthusiasm, to promote the implementation of the secondary vocational school teaching reform.
