With the continuous advancement of education and teaching reform,the state has increased investment in the compulsory education stage,and a large number of highly efficient graduates have entered the field of primary education.The construction and development of this primary school teacher team has injected fresh vitality.However,these students who have just stepped out of the ivory tower have just entered the field of education.In particular,there are many graduates from non-teaching colleges.It is inevitable that there will be various incompatibility in work,life,social interpersonal relationships,and physical and mental aspects.Whether or not we can successfully pass the induction period will not only affect the teaching work and self-development of each new teacher,but also have a certain impact on the entire primary education.Therefore,the study of the career adaptability of new teachers in primary schools is worthy of further discussion.This paper mainly studies the newly recruited teachers in D primary school in Panshi City,Jilin Province,and uses the questionnaire method and interview method as the main research methods,in order to objectively and comprehensively reflect the problems encountered by new teachers during occupational adaptation,find the reasons and provide solutions.Countermeasures.First of all,the topic is explained,and the domestic and foreign research is sorted out,and the basic concepts and theories are briefly explained to clarify the research purpose.Secondly,the questionnaires were distributed and collected by teachers of D Elementary School in Panshi City,and investigations were conducted.Some representative teachers or school leaders were interviewed and analyzed.Through the investigation and analysis of the new teachers,we can conclude that the main occupational adaptation problems of the new teachers are in terms of teaching ability,interpersonal relationship,school work adaptation,planning of their own development,and training and re-education.Through questionnaires,interviews and factor analysis,some suggestions and countermeasures for solving the problem of adaptability of new teachers are put forward.It is mainly divided into three major areas,the education and training of entry,the establishment of management supervision and evaluation system and the strengthening of self-education.First,in self-education,it is mainly to strengthen self-learning,in addition to learning to adjust itself.The second on-the-job training,such as selecting instructors,ensuring their related interests,strengthening basic training,etc.;third,in terms of management system,drawing on foreign excellent experience,designing a good evaluation mechanism,establishing a supervision and guarantee system,Form supervisory management personnel,and improve the system from the three systems of school,local education department and expenditure control expenditure.
