Teacher occupation adaptation is a new teacher in the professional values under the guidance of teachers on teachers' professional attitudes,which is formed by theprofessional emotion,professional skills and teaching environment between into the state.The new teachers who have just entered the job must face the problem of high consumption and inefficiency.The purpose of this study is to explore teachers'vocational adaptation,induction within three years of study to a novice teachers-J teacher as the object of case study,the research methods the "quality" sex "narrative approach",in the study of data collection included semi-structured interviews of pre-job training,classroom teaching observation and experience,teaching lesson plan analysis,and so on.Study found that J teacher's occupational adaptation process has experienced four big stage,the first is to teacher career is full of passion,but soon J teacher because of lack of experience in teaching,the teaching result is not ideal,has entered the phase of the contradiction and conflict,after a positive adjustment state of mind,establishing the harmonious relationship between teachers and students,efforts to improve education wisdom and adjust stage experience,J teacher basically adapted to the teacher's role.Then through active participation in teaching and researching activities,bold reform of classroom teaching,take the initiative to learn from the experienced old teacher and seek guidance,realize high quality of classroom teaching skills,to sum up the experiences of success education wisdom and consolidate its development stage of the hard work,J teacher has fully adapted to the teacher's role.Summary J teacher career adaptation process,found that the key figures of guide will reduce the blindness in the process of novice teachers vocational adjustment,strong teacher beliefs will become teachers to adapt to the foundation and the power of positive enterprising work sense of responsibility will become a professional to adapt to the accelerator,and the new teachers in the teaching of vocational accomplishment is a powerful drive the teacher career.Teacher's vocational adaptation is a gradual process,never adapt to the basic need a long time,for a period of time to self psychological adjustment,new teachers should actively aggressive growth,continuous learning education theory knowledge and the advanced teaching idea,experience teaching skills,some serious soul-searching,sum up the experiences of success and failure in order to realize the rapid growth of the novice teachers,shorten the time of the professional maladjustment.Novice teachers in the schools should also actively provide induction training opportunities for novice teachers,further improve the system of tutor system,give full play to the veteran teachers' role in mentoring the novice teachers,the novice teachers through professional dedication.
