A Collaborative Training Mechanism Research Of Skilled Talents In Guizhou Higher Vocational Colleges

Higher vocational education is an indispensable part of my country’s education system.It is one of the main channels for cultivating skilled talents in my country.It affects the realization of my country’s goal of becoming a strong country and also determines social development.In today’s knowledge economy era,facing the ever-changing social environment,society urgently needs high-quality skilled talents to meet the needs of innovation and development in all walks of life.In recent years,because it is difficult for all parties involved in the training of skilled talents to cooperate with each other and fail to form a joint force,there have been a lot of issues in training proficient talents within Guizhou Province,such as the monopoly of Vocational colleges,the mere formality of school-enterprise cooperation,the vague standards of industry training and the absence of government guidance,which have seriously restricted the training of skilled talents in Guizhou Province,so there are many ways to construct rational and efficient skilled talents.Efficient coordination mechanism is of great significance to further improve the training of proficient talents in Higher Vocational Colleges in Guizhou Province.From the perspective of synergetic theory,this study elaborates the background of synergetic training of skilled talents in China and Guizhou Province according to several important training mechanisms involved in the process of synergetic training of skilled talents,such as main participants cooperation mechanism,policy and system mechanism,evaluation and improvement mechanism,and management and operation mechanism.By means of literature research and other research methods,this paper analyzes the current situation of the collaborative training mechanism of skilled talents in Guizhou higher vocational education,and on this basis,summarizes the problems and causes of the collaborative mechanism of skilled talents in Guizhou higher vocational education,which mainly includes the unequal rights,responsibilities and interests of the main participants in the collaborative mechanism.The policy system and mechanism are not clear about the policy details,and the policy scope needs to be expanded.The management operation mechanism lacks the guarantee of government-led platform;Evaluation and improvement mechanism lack of multi-dimensional three-dimensional measures.Finally,according to the causes of the problems and combined with some foreign cases,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the collaborative training mechanism of skilled talents in Guizhou higher vocational colleges,such as improving the multi-subject cooperation mechanism and promoting the cooperation of various subjects.Optimize policies,institutions and mechanisms,and clarify the details of policy implementation;Promote the development of management operation mechanism and establish multi-party linkage platform;The establishment of multi-dimensional evaluation and improvement mechanism.Finally,the cooperative improvement of the main participants cooperation mechanism,policy and system mechanism,evaluation and improvement mechanism,and management and operation mechanism are adopted to jointly promote the improvement and development of the cooperative training mechanism of skilled talents in Guizhou higher vocational colleges.
