In recent years,China's economy is developing rapidly,and the quality,quantity and comprehensive quality of talents required by employers and enterprises have been constantly improving.China's education and training industry has developed rapidly and has a wide range of fields involved.Moreover,the advantages of high profit,low entry threshold and high market demand in the education and training industry outside primary and secondary schools have led to the emergence of various specialized off-campus guidance classes and training institutions,and present the characteristics of marketization,which provides a huge development space for the entire education and training market in China.However,in order to meet the needs of parents and students,who are constantly increasing in terms of both opportunities and challenges,it is necessary to have a unique competitive advantage.This paper analyzes Quzhouzibo education group and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.On the basis of expounding the types,characteristics and present situation of the extra-school education and training institutions in Quzhou,Starting from the common problems existing in the extra-school education and training institutions in Quzhou.This paper comprehensively analyzes and summarizes the reasons for these problems,and combines the influencing factors of customer satisfaction and the selection principle of evaluation indicators.Finally,it constructs the evaluation index system of customer satisfaction in the education and training institutions outside primary and secondary schools in Quzhou.Secondly,this paper expounds in detail the general situation and characteristics of Quzhouzibo education group,and analyzes the SWOT of Zibo education groupin order to study the feasibility of the evaluation index system.Taking Zibo Education Group of Quzhou County as the research object,through the design,distribution,recovery questionnaire and statistical analysis methods,the empirical results show that Quzhouzibo's education group's customer satisfaction has an important factor.Finally,this paper discusses how to improve the customer satisfaction of Quzhouzibo education group,so as to attract and retain customers for the group,to seek greater development of the reference suggestions with strong operability,and also provide useful insights for related theoretical research.In addition,through the analysis of the education and training market outside primary andsecondary schools in Qu Zhou,to a certain extent,it is also conducive to promoting the orderly and healthy development of the county's education and training institutions outside primary and secondary schools,providing convenience for consumers 'deeper education needs,and further promoting the prosperity of the education and culture market outside primary and secondary schools in Qu Zhou.
