As an online game market in emerging markets,with the increase in the number of Internet users and the improvement of consumption levels in recent years,the market has developed at a fast pace and has rapidly grown into one of the most promising markets in China.In view of this,online game products and services based on China's well-known third-party platforms have also grown rapidly,and have become the market of choice for many entrepreneurs and companies to enter the market to obtain profit.However,in the face of competition for competitors and a certain customer base,the battle for customers has already started,so the company pays particular attention to the improvement of customer satisfaction and develops customer loyalty.Doing a good job in customer relationship management is an important part of business management.Youbang online game shop was established in July 2018,is in the period of growth,but with the high growth rate of performance and order volume,after-sales problems and refunds are also more and more,customer evaluation declined,this pair of games The development of the state-owned online game company has had a certain impact,so the improvement of customer satisfaction is of vital importance to the company.In order to improve customer satisfaction,this study explores the theoretical and practical exploration of literature online and field trips,and designs a customer satisfaction measurement model for online games.It contains 8 secondary indicators,24 the third-level indicators were then investigated through questionnaire surveys on customer satisfaction of the online shop.Finally,using the Likert five-level scoring method,the collected questionnaires are analyzed and analyzed,and the customer satisfaction evaluation,pre-purchase experience,purchase experience and post-purchase experience are analyzed.The problems and causes of the store,and finally put forward corresponding improvement measures,hoping to provide a reference for solving the management problems of the tour online online shop and improve the customer satisfaction of the online users,thus promoting the tour network The store is further developed.
