Challenges And Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities In The Context Of Globalization

The contemporary world is already in an era of globalization.Globalization is the integration of the world economy,and also the process of changing the local history into the world history.With the development of today's information technology,globalization is the process of changing all countries of the world into a global village in which cultures conflict and integrate with each other.Globalization brings us negative effects as well as progress which is the other side of the coin.Globalization brings many contradictions to the society,including the contradiction between human beings(values conflict,religious conflict),the contradiction between man and nature(environmental pollution),the contradiction between man and history(historical nihilism),and the contradiction between man and himself(self negation).General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that young and middle-aged students are the backup main force of building a socialist society with Chinese characteristics.We must grasp the new changes of globalization profoundly and combine with the new requirements of building socialism with Chinese characteristics to cultivate young students.We also must carry forward the favorable side of globalization and avoid the negative impact of it on contemporary ideological and political education.Facing the challenges brought by globalization,this paper aims to firstly explore the current situation,achievements,existing problems,solutions and rule of contemporary universities' ideological and political education from the context of globalization,Secondly update the main contents of ideological and political education in the global perspective,thirdly innovate the mode of ideological and political education in the perspective of globalization,and finally strive to build a stable educational subject in the context of globalization.Marx once said that philosophy is the essence of the times.Theory is the forerunner of behavior.I hope that some of my thoughts will bring it is hoped that the research can arouse some thinking to contemporary ideological and political educators.
