With the transformation of government functions and economic society development, the community is undertaking more and more social management affairs. However the community spokesman-community neighborhood committee cannot fully meet the needs of residents, and it needs community social organizations to participate in community governance to fill the gaps in the work of the neighborhood committees. The development of social work has provided a new direction for the cultivation of community organizations in the community, and has made up for the defects of government-organized community social organizations that are highly administrative and unable to exert their subjective initiative. This paper takes the social community cultivation project of community A in elderly communities in City J as an example.Social workers use open space conference technology to nurture, and use resource link technology, point exchange incentive mechanism, and leadership training mechanism to promote sustainable development of community social organizations. It can scientifically and effectively cultivate community social organizations and form a standardized training process. At present, the community A has nurtured five community social organizations that can participate in the daily cultural activities of the community,large-scale celebrations of the festival community, community charity actions, and community governance actions. These community social organizations are newly-built and still take time to function in a comprehensive way. They are unable to self-independently organize the activities of the community and need the involvement of social workers. However,as a whole, they can basically operate autonomously. This shows that it is feasible and for social work to involve in the cultivation of community organizations in the community.
