Since 1999,With China's higher education enrollment expansion policy implementation,the number of college graduates continue to record highs,the number of college graduates in 2015 is as high as 7.49 million.This means that the employment of college graduates will face greater challenges,under the increasingly severe employment situation,the employment quality of poor college graduates,which is relatively deficient in social resources and material conditions,is more worthy of our attention and discussion.And Jiangxi Province,as an economically less developed province,has a certain representative to study the problem of employment of the poor college graduates.The aim of this paper is to evaluate the employment quality of the poor college graduates in Jiangxi province,and to compare the employment quality gap of the poor college graduates and non the poor college graduates,and then analyze the key factors that affect the employment quality of the poor college graduates,finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the employment deficiency of the poor college graduates.First of all,the research train of thought is to construct the evaluation system of College Students' Employment Quality.The system consists of two parts:evaluation index and weight.On the basis of reading related literature,understanding the relevant theories,this paper extracts employment rate,salary treatment,job characteristics,personal development space,work stability,and five first level indicators and two seventeen level indicators,then using the AHP and expert scoring method,calculate the weight of each index,establish the index scale,the quantitative indicators.Next,through the questionnaire star,WeChat,QQ,and the way such as on-site questionnaires to four universities in jiangxi province,2015 session of a questionnaire survey was conducted with the employment situation,after collecting and sorting data,the employment quality of the poor college graduates and non-poor college graduates in Jiangxi province were calculated by the weighted average method,respectively,59.65 and 63.78,respectively,the quality of employment of poor college graduates is lower than the quality of employment of non-poor college graduates,after collecting and sorting data,the employment quality of the poor college graduates and non college graduates in Jiangxi province were calculated by the weighted average method,respectively,59.65 and 63.78,respectively,the quality of employment of poor college graduates is lower than the quality of employment of non-poor college graduates.Then in order to find the reason why the quality of employment of poor college graduates is lower than the quality of employment of non-poor college graduates,the author also designed the questionnaire of influencing factors of College Students' employment quality,statistical results show that the factors that play a major role in the quality of employment of poor college graduates are professional level,social ability,personal will quality and social practice experience,but the factors that play a major role in the quality of employment of non-poor college graduates are social ability,social capital,professional level,general skills,comparison found that the lack of social skills and general skills,as well as the lack of social capital is the weakness of the employment of poor college graduates,and professional level,personal will quality,social practice experience is employment advantage.Finally,according to the survey results and related literature research,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the employment quality of poor college graduates in Jiangxi province from four aspects,they are as follows:poor college graduates when the self,and strive to enhance their competitiveness;universities should give full play to the true value of employment guidance;the employer shall establish a scientific selection mechanism;the government should increase the assistance to needy college graduates.
