Study On Teacher's Job Satisfaction Of Y Vocational College

Higher vocational education has developed rapidly in China,the advanced vocational colleges undertake the responsibility of modern industrial system construction and transition of economic development mode,actively adapt to the needs of regional social and economic development,and cultivate high-skilled talents with sufficient quantity and reasonable structure,play an irreplaceable role in improving people's livelihood,promote employment and build a well-off society in an all-round way.The job satisfaction of teachers in higher vocational colleges is an important factor that affects the quality of teaching and the quality of personnel training.In recent years,the problem of teacher's job satisfaction has attracted wide attention of researchers.The researchers have studied from different angles according to the teachers' motivation,interpersonal relationship,occupation achievement and personal development,and has obtained some research results.However,there are few researches on Higher Vocational Colleges in China.This study applies the method of questionnaire and interview,based on the local public Y vocational college teachers as sample,through literature study,interview with teachers and 92 questionnaires,this paper analyzes the current situation and reasons of the job satisfaction of teachers in Y vocational college,to research on the job satisfaction of teachers,analyzed the differences of teachers' job satisfaction between gender,age,job title,seniority,qualifications.The result is that Y vocational college teachers are averagely satisfied with the overall situation.According to data analysis and the causes of differences,finally,puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the teachers' job satisfaction.This will provide theoretical reference and practical basis for the management and development of Y vocational college,and also bring new ideas to the management of higher vocational education,to make the management work well.
