Following an examination of large amount of literature review, this article summarizes the work stress, job satisfaction and burnout theory, pointing out the deficiency of previous studies. Also it clears the relationship model, and proposes corresponding hypothesis. This study focuses on the working stress, job burnout and job satisfaction of teachers in Chongqing City Management College and Chongqing Finance Economy College. Totally 400 questionnaires were distributed, and 364 were recovered, among those 310 were valid questionnaires. The recovery rate is 91%, and efficiency is 85.16 %.Regarded as related variables to job burnout, work pressure and job satisfaction have been discussed in this study. It describes the structure of the vocational teachers work stress, job satisfaction and burnout respectively, as well as the status quo; and the impact of some basic demographic variables on job satisfaction, work stress and burnout is also investigated. Further it verifies the reliability and validity of the scale, as well as the factor structure; explores the relationship among work pressure, job satisfaction and burnout, and the relationship model is shaped. Eventually it addresses suggestions for the solution of vocational teacher burnout from the following four aspects including social environment, vocational colleges, higher-level department, as well as individual efforts. According to the results of this study, conclusions are as following:1 Overall the occupational burnout of vocational teachers stay at low level, while emotional exhaustion is very prominent. They have the relatively high degree of low sense of accomplishment, but the characteristic of depersonalized are not significantly. Vocational teachers are satisfied with the whole, but the level is not high, and their work pressure is very marked. Only a small number of demographic variables show significant main effect on certain factors, and demographic variables effect job burnout, work stress and job satisfaction level mainly through the interaction of two or three factors.2 Job satisfaction and burnout among teachers is negatively related, whilst work stress and burnout demonstrates a significant positive correlation. High work pressure and job satisfaction shows a negative correlation, and the relationship between satisfaction and low pressure, appropriate pressure is positive. Work stress and emotional exhaustion was a significant positive correlation, and it is the same case with depersonalize, but the relationship between work stress and low sense of accomplishment is negatively correlated.3 Job satisfaction plays an intermediary role between work pressure and burnout. Structural equation modeling of job burnout, work stress and job satisfaction basically responses the correlation between various variables.
