Since the reform and opening up,China’s rapid development of educational undertakings,but also led to the rapid development of private education and training industry.But with the influx of private capital,but also exposed the industry system is not perfect,the market competition is not sufficient shortcomings.ZT education and training school is a small private education and training school in Jiangsu Province,initially engaged in computer training,after years of development and business development,are mainly engaged in adult education and training,vocational training and extracurricular counseling.Since its inception,although the focus has been on customer development and market expansion,but the school is not enough attention to the development strategy,with the education and training industry more and more intense competition,the school is facing market shrinking.The school is faced with a series of problems such as fierce competition and lack of long-term development strategy.Based on the actual situation of ZT education and training schools,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the school,studies the problems and obstacles in the development of the school,and puts forward the overall strategy and concrete plan of the school development.Based on the development of China’s economy and education and training industry,this paper analyzes the opportunities and threats faced by the school,and uses SWOT analysis to understand the opportunities,threats and advantages and disadvantages of ZT education and training schools.So as to find out the shortcomings of the existing development strategy of ZT education and training schools,and put forward the development strategy suitable for ZT education and training schools: implement differentiated competition strategy and strengthen brand management strategy.Strengthen their own advantages to upgrade,the main core business,to avoid diversified development,establish their own brand image.Finally put forward the implementation of the development strategy of the main measures: to strengthen brand awareness,establish the characteristics of training brands,product structure adjustment and implementation,the establishment of specialized operations team,financial management and control,improve marketing,integration of existing market channels,cultivate corporate culture.The purpose of this study is to find out the development of ZT education and training schools,to develop practical and feasible development strategies for ZT education and training schools,and to provide scientific reference for the long-term development of ZT education and training schools.
