This study aims at proving that mind map as a learning method can promote the junior middle school students effective learning from the two aspects of theoretical study and experimental study,by choosing the first grade junior middle school students as the research object and using experimental method,literature method,survey method and other research methods.The results show that:(1)According to the results of the investigation on mathematics learning of students with learning difficulties in Grade one,there are some problems in mathematics learning interest and motivation,learning attitude,emotion and confidence,as well as the initiative,consciousness and cognition of mathematics learning.There is a big gap between the excellent students and the students.(2)After half a semester of thinking mapping experiment,after learning to understand,hands-on operation,try to use three stages,the results show that the use of thinking map for mathematical learning,whether on the excellent students or students with learning difficulties have a good impact,But it has little influence on the excellent students of mathematics,but has great influence on the students with learning difficulties in mathematics(significant difference between before and after test).(3)The result of the first grade students experience of thinking map shows that the learning method of thinking map is more concise and flexible than the traditional learning method,and the learning content becomes clearer and the study focus is more prominent.The memory and understanding of the learning content is also more in-depth,and it can also form good thinking habits,stimulate divergent thinking,and be more interested in the learning method of hands-on mapping of thinking.Through the combination of experimental research and questionnaire survey,the research hypothesis of this study is well confirmed,that is to say,whether it is for first-year mathematics students or mathematics students with learning difficulties.Both of them can improve their mathematics learning methods,improve their learning ability,and improve their mathematics learning achievement by the way of thinking map.
