In order to fully understand the professional quality of private kindergarten teachers,this study used a literature research method and a questionnaire survey method to systematically study the professional quality of Q citizens' kindergarten teachers.This research mainly points out the problems existing in the professional quality of Q-City kindergarten teachers from the three aspects of teachers' professional philosophy,professional knowledge and professional competence,and analyzes the attribution of them.On this basis,the professional quality improvement strategies for private kindergarten teachers are put forward.Through research,it is found that there are the following problems and reasons in the professional quality performance of Q citizens' kindergarten teachers:In terms of professional concept,the educational concept is difficult to practice and locks the sense of professional belief;In terms of professional knowledge,the basic knowledge of science and culture is insufficient,and the knowledge of early childhood professional education is locking;In terms of professional ability,the design of teacher education activities is weak and the ability to monitor teaching inadequacies and lack of educational research capabilities.The study believes that the reasons for the above problems are the following four aspects: the lack of policies and measures for the education and administrative departments to protect the rights and interests of private kindergarten teachers;the social environment has a bias towards the understanding of private kindergarten teachers;the private kindergartens lack the environment to promote the professional development of teachers;Low professional identity and lack of active reflection.In order to solve the above problems,the research suggests that local governments should further improve the implementation rules according to thePrivate Education Promotion Law,implement the professional development rights,establish the correct values of private education,and effectively protect the rights and interests of private kindergarten teachers;private kindergartens should create a professional development environment,paying attention to the humanistic care for teachers;private kindergarten teachers themselves should establish professional self-confidence and actively promote professional development capabilities.
