Postgraduate education is the top of the national education system.It is a high-level professional talent with innovative spirit and quality for the construction of an innovative country and a well-off society in China.The quality of the talents it trains directly relates to the quality of high-end talents in China.The quality of graduate student training is closely related to the quality of classroom teaching.Teachers’ teaching behavior has an important impact on the quality of classroom teaching.At present,the teaching of professional courses for master students are facing challenges.The state,society and universities themselves emphasize the reform of postgraduate classroom teaching,improve the effectiveness of teachers’ teaching behaviors,and improve the quality of classroom teaching.Based on this,this study mainly focuses on the teaching behavior of master’s professional teachers,mainly discusses the current situation of the teaching behavior and teaching effect of the master’s students in H university,and the relationship between them.On the basis of summarizing the research on the basic quality of teachers,teaching behaviors and the effectiveness of classroom teaching,the author compiled the Outline of Teaching Interviews for Postgraduate Professional Courses,and interviewed 10 teachers who obtained the school-level postgraduate teaching achievement awards from H university.The dimension of teaching behavior,comprehensive literature review,theoretical basis and interview results,designed the "Questionnaires for Teaching Behavior and Effectiveness of Postgraduate Professional Courses",and conducted research in H university.In this study,493 data obtained from empirical investigations were analyzed by SPSS.The variance analysis was used to study the differences in teaching behaviors,teaching effects in gender,grade and specialty of H graduate students,and the basic analysis of teachers through correlation analysis and regression analysis.This studyanalyzed the influence of quality on teaching behavior,as well as the influence of teachers’ basic quality and teaching behavior on teaching effectiveness by correlation analysis and regression analysis.The study found that: overall,the basic quality of the master’s professional teachers and the teaching behavior is good,72.4% of the students think that the teacher’s teaching effect is good;the teacher’s professional knowledge and teaching knowledge,teacher’s morality and quality cultivation have positively affected the teacher’s teaching behavior.Teacher professional knowledge and teaching knowledge,teacher morality and quality cultivation,teaching preparation,teaching content,curriculum organization and teaching technology,teacher-student relationship,teaching method Teaching evaluation has a complicated influence on the teaching effect.At the end of the study,the author puts forward suggestions on improving the teaching behavior of professional teachers to improve the teaching effect from the aspects of teaching preparation,teaching content,teacher-student relationship,teaching methods and teaching evaluation.
